1.  Are baby slings safe?

Absolutely.  With infants make sure their mouth and nose are visible to the mommy wearing the sling.  Use common sense, you are carrying a life around.  Baby slings date back more than 28 centuries.  With every sling order you get a booklet showing you how to properly wear the sling, and we have specific videos showing you how to wear your baby sling in a variety of positions and with different size children.

2. Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Definitely.  If it's just a fabric or sizing issue, we will work with you to make sure you love your sling.  If you need a refund simply call our customer service line at 416-352-5568 and get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will make it as smooth as possible for you.

3. How does shipping work?

In Canada, your sling is protected in a sealed clear wrap and sent in a yellow bubble envelope via Canada Post.  For USA and International orders we ship the same way via Canada Post Global Delivery.  If you have special shipping instructions there is a box on the checkout process to give us specific instructions.  

4. Are you real people?

We sure are!  Our families are close friends and we love to work together.  We all live in a small town about 2 hours south west of Toronto. If you call us and get the answering machine we will call you back, promise.

5. Do you use sweatshops in Asia to make your slings?

No way hosay.  Every Cheeky Baby Sling is hand sewn right here in St. Thomas.  We ship directly to you with no middle man.  Our goal is to create lifetime happy customers that love our slings and tell their friends.  Even if their friends aren't expecting.

6. What's the big deal about slings?

They are comfortable for mommy and baby.  They are durable and functional.  They let mommy get her normal routine back and not be housebound.  And they look very cool. You wait until you wear one of these slings around town...people will be talking to you about it.

7. Do you use fake fabrics like polyester?

100% cotton.  Hand sewn.  No fake stuff.  No way hosay.

10. Can I pay by credit card and is it safe?
